Location: Springfield, Missouri
Salary Range: $230,000–$300,000 depending on specialty, shift, and volume

Whether your background is in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Urgent Care, there are multiple openings available — including a unique opportunity for overnight UC coverage at a 24/7 facility.

Available Specialties

• Family Medicine (FM)

• Internal Medicine (IM)

• Geriatrics

• Urgent Care (Day and Night Shifts)

Urgent Care – Nights (Priority Need)

• Schedule: 13 shifts/month (12-hour shifts: 8 PM – 8 AM)

• Setting: High-volume, modern urgent care facility located on a hospital campus

• Team-based model: Access to diagnostic tools, imaging, and specialist consultation

• Ideal for: Physicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer condensed work schedules

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with specialty, experience, and shift type)

Ideal Candidates

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Missouri

• Comfortable working in high-volume outpatient or UC settings
