Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Moses Lake, WA. This position is available due to the planned retirement of a long-standing provider and offers an opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established team in a high-quality clinic environment.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with a supportive care team consisting of physicians and advanced practice providers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
Participate in clinic-based quality improvement efforts and patient education initiatives
Coordinate patient care with specialists and ancillary support services as needed
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Washington State medical licensure
DEA license
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient care or rural medicine
J-1 visa candidates welcome to apply
Working Hours
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse-triaged call rotation
Skills
Effective communicator with a compassionate approach to patient care
Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
Strong time management and organizational skills
