Position Overview:
System is actively expanding its primary care division. Physicians can choose between an outpatient-only model or a hybrid of clinic and hospital-based care. Practice structure and support staff are customizable to fit your preferred work-life balance and compensation goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
$250,000+ base salary
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$50,000 loan forgiveness
$3,000/month housing stipend (first year)
Quality and productivity bonuses
8 weeks PTO
4-day workweek
CME allowance
Relocation assistance
$2M/$6M malpractice coverage
Call & Coverage:
ACP-triaged call center
Call: 1:30 and 2 weekends per year
