Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Sacramento, California Outpatient Only | 4-Day Workweek | No Call or Weekends | FQHC Setting

Position Overview: Join a mission-driven, multi-location FQHC on the east side of Sacramento offering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This permanent, outpatient-only role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking for exceptional work-life balance and meaningful community impact.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call: None

• Weekends: None

• Patient Volume: ~25–27 patients per 10-hour shift

• Scope: See all ages or adults only — your choice

• Care Team: Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, behavioral health, and dental professionals

• Setting: Outpatient only | Federally Qualified Health Center

• EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
