7 on / 7 off block schedule

Daily patient census of 15–18

Closed ICU — no procedures required

ICU Code Team involvement

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Leadership experience preferred (Chief Residents with demonstrated leadership qualities may be considered)

Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee
Additional Information:
Must demonstrate prior leadership experience; new graduates will not be considered unless they served as Chief Resident and exhibit strong leadership skills.
