Practice Details
- Build your own patient panel within a well-established, supportive system
- Average daily volume of 16 patients with time for meaningful, relationship-based care

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $292,000 with total earning potential up to $350,000
- $75,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Interest in panel-based, continuity-focused outpatient care
- Eligible for medical licensure in Iowa
