Position Details:
Hiring for 2025
Flexible schedule: option for 4- or 5-day work week
Minimal call responsibilities with RN triage support
Physician-led, physician-governed organization
Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers, offering additional compensation
Teaching opportunities available (1st year AMC students, NP/PA precepting)
Option for hybrid Hospital Medicine work
Physician leadership and administrative opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active NY medical license and DEA certification (or eligibility)
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting compensation: $250,000 $260,000 with potential productivity bonuses
Up to $75,000 Starting Bonus
$25,000 Retention Bonus
Up to $50,000/year for early sign-on resident compensation
