Here are some of the details:

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Facility: 90 mins from Chicago, using EPIC
- Patient Volume: 20 patients average per day
- Support Staff: 1NP
- Certs: BE/BC in FM/IM, Active IN License (or willing to obtain, DEA (or willing to obtain), BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain)
