- Location: Off-site of Hospital (Safety Net Clinic)
- Setting: Assess, evaluate, and treat patients in an outpatient setting, using EPIC
- Certs: BC/BE (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Indiana License or willing to obtain, BLS, ACLS, DEA
