Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Concierge Primary Care

• Average 8–10 patients per day

• Minimum 30-minute appointments

• Panel capped at 350 patients

• Dedicated RN + full clinical support team

• 200 patient-facing days per year, scheduled quarterly

• Focus on building relationships, not rushing visits

• NC license not required to apply—but must hold valid U.S. license

Compensation Structure:

• Guaranteed base salary with structured increases as your panel grows

• Significant earnings potential upon reaching a full panel

• Additional bump available for strong early growth during first year
