- Location: Swainsboro, GA
- Start Date: 3-4 Weeks (Fast credentialing)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri
- Mon: 8am - 7pm
- Tues-Thurs: 8am - 5pm
- Fri: 8am - 2pm
- Patient Volume:
- Mon: 27 | Tues-Thurs: 21 | Fri: 17
- EMR: eCW
- Call: After-call service 1-2 weeks a year
- Job Requirements:
