- Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team
- Outpatient Department of hospital
- Primary Care office is attached to our 81-bed acute care hospital in which offers a variety of patient services
- Provide high quality care to adult patients focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Call is rotated with all Primary Care offices
- Collaborative office with a supportive environment
- Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
