Yearly salary plus quality based bonus will have you earning $300k per year with excellent benefits. Outpatient Quality Based Care Model. Patient Population 65 Years and Older, 10-12 Patients Per Day. Yearly Salary, Bonus Incentives and Comprehensive Benefits Package. $300,000 First Year Earnings Potential Based on Salary and Bonus Combo. Monday Through Friday Schedule.
