Job Details – ADULT Primary Care Locums:
- Location: Norfolk, VA
- Duration: 3/26/25 - 9/26/25
- Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8a-4:30p
- Call: None
- Patient volume: Estimated 17-19 patients per day
- Scope: General adult only Primary Care
- EMR: EPIC
- Group/support: full clinic staff
- Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license, Charting must be completed at the end of each day
Job Details – GERIATRIC Primary Care Locums:
- Location: Norfolk, VA
- Duration: 2/26/25 - 8/26/25
- Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday , 8a-5p
- Call: Every third week to cover Weeknight 5p-8a for clinic patients, Friday 5p-Mon 8a
- Patient volume: Estimated 12-18 patients per day
- Scope: General adult only Primary Care, majority geriatrics. Complex care, IDT participation, Home and SNF visits (possibly if needed, unlikely)
- EMR: EPIC
- Group/support: full clinic staff
- Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license, Charting must be completed at the end of each day
