This clinic was established 25 years ago, has a strong community surrounding it, offers mentoring physicians that are waiting to help and charting time can be done from home as well. Value based patient centered care. Established Patient Panel is already in place. Call is for office patients only. 36 patient facing hours, 4 protected for charting that can be done from home.
