Start Date: ASAP ( Credentialing 30-45 days)
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00
Rate: Submit best rate
Some chronic pain management, mix of adults/peds.
Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible if residency has been less than 5 years
Licensed in California
