A nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of residents in northern New Hampshire, regardless of income or insurance status, is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. We offer a broad range of health and social services to children and adults, including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, podiatry, behavioral health, and oral health.

• Join a team of 27 Providers in 5 area locations
• The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognizes us at the highest level as a patient-centered medical home (PCMH)
• About 25% of providers are primary care physicians, and the other 75% are advanced practice providers
• Patient-Centered Medical Home
• Providers see 16 to 22 patients per day
• Guaranteed base salary
• Signing bonus and loan repayment available
• Close to 8 weeks of combined time off (CTO) to start
