A non-profit community hospital in northern Massachusetts is adding an Internal Medicine physician due to patient demand.
Position Details
- Total outpatient
- Monday-Friday workweek with one admin day that can be done remotely
- No evening office hours
- The average daily patient census is 18-22
- 1 in 7 call rotation
- Physicians with Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Base salary plus quality incentive and productivity incentive includes a comprehensive benefits package
- 4 weeks of paid vacation
- 1 week of paid CME time plus $4,000 in expenses
