Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
- No call shifts
- Daily Census: 16-20
- Case Types: Chronic disease management, hypertension, chronic cases
- EMR: AthenaHealth
- Must be board-certified, ABIM
- Paid travel & lodging
