Job/Practice Description:

• Internal Medicine Physician
• Monday-Friday - Outpatient Primary Care
• Full time position
• 36 hours patient contact
• Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, Electronic Record Keeping
• Deliver expert care to a diverse population of patients at and over the age of 18 years in accordance with the Physician’s specialty. Additional training and experience in geriatric management is a plus but not essential.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic health records to streamline care and documentation
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to clinical excellence
