A Long Island based private organization is looking to add a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join their staff at one of their facilities in Suffolk county Long Island.

Responsibilities:

The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will:

• Perform history and physical assessments as indicated by his/her specialty area
• Develop a plan of treatment/care for the patient, including education and follow-up visits
• Make referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient
• Maintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
