A health services network on Long Island is looking to add a licensed Staff Physician to one of their facilities in Suffolk County to manage gender affirming care.
About the Opportunity:
- Specialty: Women's Health / Family Planning / Reproductive Health
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 3 to 4 per hour
Responsibilities:
The Staff Physician will be responsible for acting as part of the medical services team providing prenatal and reproductive healthcare, including
- Primary care
- Transgender hormone services
- STD testing
- Pregnancy and prenatal services -Abortion services
- Family Planning
- Cancer Screenings
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or OB/GYN
