Internal Medicine - OP Only or Traditional | 200 Bed Hospital | Defined Need | Employed | Student Support
PRACTICE
*Hospital employed structure
*Defined need based on size of service area and current FTE's
*Can be 100% clinic OR clinic with some inpatient (your choice)
*Full-time / some flexibility on weekly schedule / Work Options of 5, 4.5, 3.5 day per week
*Office with other primary care physicians and mid-levels
*Office space located in MOB
*Hospital does 540 deliveries per year
*Call coverage
*200 Bed Hospital
FINANCIALS
*On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
*Salary $300K-$330K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $52
*3-yr arrangement
*90 day out clause without cause – bilateral
*Malpractice
*Tail coverage
*Cover licensing fees
*PTO (20 personal days)
*CME (One week PTO)
*Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)
*Sign-on bonus = $30K+
*Relocation = $10K+
