- Logistics covered as needed as well as Malpractice Insurance
- Start date as soon as available
- Outpatient clinic
- Weekly schedule? Days/Hrs. M-F; 8-5 rarely call schedule
- Will work along side midlevel providers and also working independently
- Covid Vaccinated
- Scope of work: perform direct care duties, examine, diagnose and treat patients,
