Duration: starting asap (2) months starting in May and June, with possibility of extension until permanent positions are filled
Reason for coverage: They are down 1 FTE providers
Schedule: Tue-Sun, call only
Shift: 5:30 pm – 7:30 am, call only
Call: Yes, call only not inhouse
Patient volume: TBD
Scope: Emergency Medicine cases, see all ages
See all ages from ped to geri. Same day appointments.
EMR: EMR is Meditech
Hospital: 19 bed critical access
Group/support: Supported by 1 Physician and APP’s on day and night shifts
E – Emergency TV – Physician available by telemedicine
Flight service for trauma cases
Requirements (boards, license): NE licensed, and Covid vaccinated and booster
Open to FP or IM BC do not need to be trained or BC in EM
