Come join a thriving practice and take over existing patients. In this practice you will see all adults approximately 12 to 15 per day. The practice is a value based practice so you make more by keeping the patients healthy and out of the hospital. You will earn a robust salary of 260k to 275k plus a 20-30k sign on bonus and 20-30k relocation and a strong production plan where you can earn up to 30% of salary based on profit, HEDIS and Medicare advantage membership.
