Annashae is searching for a Primary Care Physician to fill an immediate opening near Schaumburg. This physician will provide clinical direction to staff involved in direct care. The workload is low to moderate involving patient treatment on your assigned caseload. This position offers exceptional work/life balance and a normal Monday through Friday schedule NO ON-CALL requirements.
Hours are as follows:
- Weekdays Mon - Fri (8:00 am to 4:00 pm - 8 hours Not Flexible)

Requirements:
- Current Illinois License
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
- Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
