Annashae is in immediate need of an Illinois state licensed Internal Medicine Physician to act as Primary Care Physician for this multi-unit facility located near Sparta, IL. The need is for the week of 9/26 -9/30, could lead to more shifts. As a Primary care (Day Staff Physician), the MD/DO completes H&Ps and does the medical workup for admissions in addition to addressing the medical concerns in the Psych Hospital. If Full-Time, the physician has a caseload of 80 patients, many no medical problems. The physician sometimes covers the house, but generally 2-3 units. This can be part-time with a reduced caseload. Comp is $135 per hour.

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm - Pick your shifts

• Current Illinois License

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine

• Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate

• Current DEA certificate
