Position Highlights:

• Clinical Supervision of Residents: Supervise residents in Outpatient Family Medicine with a specific focus on pediatric care, while also engaging in your own clinical work.
• Educational Responsibilities: Teach and supervise family medicine residents with an emphasis on pediatric and adolescent care, including participation in pediatric-focused didactics.
• Scholarly Activity: Collaborate with residents on scholarly projects, including pediatric-focused quality improvement initiatives.
• Committee Involvement: Join committees focused on pediatric curriculum development and residency program enhancement.
• Residency Interviewing: Participate in the selection process for residency candidates with a pediatric background.
