Overview:
* Join an established Primary Care group serving the Wilmington community for more than 40 years
* Growing practice with 40 physicians across 6 locations, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Med-Peds
* 4.5-day workweek with minimal call responsibilities
* Average patient volume of 18–25 patients per day
* Strong clinical support from NPs and specialists
* Primarily outpatient practice with the option to follow your own patients in the hospital and incorporate inpatient care if desired
* Excellent mentorship makes this opportunity well suited for new graduates
* Teaching opportunities available with local residents and medical students
* Established hospitalist and specialist support for admitted patients
* Practice is adding 3 physicians to accommodate continued growth
* Long-standing physician team with very low turnover
