Our Health Care facility is actively recruiting a Med-Peds Hospitalist to join our established Hospitalist group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our two facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. Hospitalist:
Nestled between mountain ranges in Fremont County, WY offers breathtaking views, a close-knit community, and no state income tax. About the position:
- Potentially hospitalist and peds shifts could be done concurrently at the right time of year
- Flexible on collaboratively creating this position
Hospitalist:
- Preferred schedule: 10 24-hr shifts/mo
- Average census: 10-12/day
- Telestroke and tele-psych support available
- 24-hour unrestricted call shifts
- Average census: 1/day
- Includes coverage of nursery (well-baby, ~300 deliveries/year) and pediatric inpatients
Hospitalist:
- BE/BC in IM or FM
- BE/BC Pediatrics or FM
- Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines
- *New Graduates Welcomed
- Community Trauma Hospital, with full OB and surgical services
- Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR)
- Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.)
- Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women’s health
- Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care
- Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute
