Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Supervise nursing staff and other clinical team members involved in patient care
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Participate in on-call coverage as designated by department leadership
Support resident and medical student education through teaching and mentorship
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical program development initiatives
Identify opportunities for equipment enhancement and service modernization
Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teaching, and collaboration
