A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group in Central Illinois is seeking a Med/Peds physician to join its growing outpatient practice. With continued community growth and upcoming retirements, you'll inherit an established patient panel, enjoy outstanding work-life balance, and have the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Practice Highlights
- Join an established 18-physician, multi-specialty group
- Flexible 0.6-1.0 FTE options available
- 100% outpatient practice
- No nights or weekend clinic hours
- Tele-nurse service triages all call
- Average 18-22 patients per day
- Established patient panel with immediate productivity
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $300,000+ ($295,000 base salary + 5% quality incentive + production bonuses)
- Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment
