Internal Medicine/Peds Openings in Wilmington, North Carolina Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Employed
  • Looking to bring on 3 additional IM/Peds physicians as the practice continues to grow. The medical group has the lowest physician turnover in the Southeast.
  • Work a 4-and-a-half-day week with minimal call.
  • The practice typically sees about 25 patients a day with plenty of back-up available, i.e. NPs and specialists on staff. *Responsibilities include:*
  • Providing comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Quality measurement/improvement
  • Team-based care
  • Communication across the continuum of care
  • Care management
  • Patient satisfaction
