• Bilingual is a plus-English/Spanish
• This group is focused on the quality of care over the quantity
• Providers are measured on patient health outcomes rather than appointment volumes.

• Physicians work as a team
• They have CT scanner, MRI, ultrasound. Bone Density, Mammography
• Onsite: OT, PM&R, Rehab, Wound Care, Physical Therapy, Radiology
• Specialists include: Endocrinology, Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and Podiatry
• Urgent care locations
