Looking for a rewarding Primary Care opportunity offering excellent long-term earning potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and no call?
We're recruiting a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, physician-focused Primary Care practice in Wellington, FL.
Position Highlights:

Compensation: $250K guaranteed base salary in Year 1

Year 2: 45% of collections + shared savings opportunity

Bonus: Additional annual revenue threshold bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Work-Life Balance: No call

Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

Patient Population: Primarily geriatric (70% age 65+)

Clinical Support: Dedicated MA and experienced office support staff
