Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with geriatric experience for an ongoing outpatient locum tenens opportunity in Seaside, Oregon.

This position provides care exclusively to adults age 55 and older through a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

The practice includes a combination of in-clinic visits and community-based visits, including patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and private residences.

A physician with strong geriatric experience is preferred because the majority of the patient population is geriatric.

Job Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
Evaluate and manage patients in the clinic.
Conduct community-based visits as needed.
Visit patients in assisted living facilities, SNFs, and private residences.
Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Document patient care in Epic.
Collaborate with nursing and other members of the care team.
Travel locally for assigned community visits.

Qualifications

MD/DO
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or applicable specialty
Active Oregon medical license required
DEA required
BLS required
Geriatric experience strongly preferred
Comfortable caring for patients age 55+
Comfortable performing community/home visits
Must be able to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Working Hours

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
8-hour clinical day
Full-time availability preferred
3–4 days/week may be considered
Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month
No call
November 2026 start
