StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a rapidly growing, senior focused primary care organization to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician for an established outpatient practice in the Milwaukee area. Practice Highlights / Qualifications
- 100% outpatient primary care with no hospital responsibilities
- Average 10 to 16 patients per day
- Care for adults age 60 and older
- Team based practice with dedicated medical assistants, RN support, care management, disease management, and social work
- Modern cloud based EMR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Outpatient managed care experience preferred
