Geriatric Medicine Physician - Urbana, Illinois (Flexible Schedule Options)

• Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Geriatrician
• Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine required
• Team includes 5 Geriatricians, 9 Advanced Practice Providers, and full-time nursing staff
• Primary responsibilities include nursing home coverage and ambulatory clinic
• Planned clinic schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Flexible opportunity with part-time positions available
• Provide care in sub-acute, rehabilitation, and short-stay environments
• Opportunity for medical directorship and long-term care at a third nursing home in the area
• Hospital practice is not required
• No visit or staffing requirements for assisted-care facilities, home visits, hospice, or palliative care
• Physicians are on call for their nursing home patients during the week
• Geriatric service call is 1:12 for weekday/weekend ambulatory clinic patients
• Opportunity for academic and/or research involvement

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $310,000 to $315,000
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model
