St. Bernards Senior Health Services is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Geriatrician to join our growing senior health program in beautiful Northeast Arkansas.
Work alongside a highly respected, experienced geriatrician while providing comprehensive, compassionate care to an expanding senior population. Clinical Practice
Provide comprehensive care for older adults with a focus on:
- Comprehensive geriatric assessments
- Dementia and memory disorders

Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, including evaluation of medical, functional, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions affecting older adults, including dementia, frailty, falls, osteoporosis, polypharmacy, and multiple chronic diseases.
- Develop individualized, patient-centered care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Work alongside an experienced geriatrician within an established Senior Health Services program to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the St. Bernards Center on Aging to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for older adults.
- Partner with Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Palliative Care, and other specialists to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Coordinate transitions of care and connect patients with community resources that promote healthy aging and independent living.
- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers regarding disease management, preventive care, medication management, and healthy aging.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care conferences to enhance patient outcomes.
