ChenMed is seeking physician leaders to join a fully value-based care model focused on improving outcomes for underserved senior populations through high-touch, relationship-centered primary care.
The Associate Market Clinical Director role combines clinical practice with physician leadership responsibilities across multiple primary care centers within a fully capitated Medicare Advantage environment.

Job Responsibilities
Support quality initiatives, patient outcomes, and clinical operations
Partner with operational leadership to drive market performance
Maintain a limited clinical practice within the organization
Promote evidence-based, preventive, and patient-centered care
Qualifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Prior physician leadership experience preferred
Value-based care or population health experience strongly preferred
Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky or Missouri
Working Hours
Primarily administrative leadership role with limited clinical responsibilities
No nights, weekends, or traditional call
