Geriatrician – Northern Black Hills Region
- A well-established Geriatrics / Palliative Care team is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine to join their collaborative practice.
- Ideal candidates are team-oriented, patient-centered, and interested in managing a broad spectrum of medical issues while building long-term relationships with patients and families. Providers care for patients across multiple settings, including nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, clinic consults, and home-based care throughout the Northern Black Hills region.
