Open to experienced candidates in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible

Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Geriatrics Medicine -OR- Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Geriatrics Experience - REQUIRED

Experience working with Geriatrics population - REQUIRED

MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
