Coverage: ICU Critical Care - Roaring Spring, PA
Must be PA Licensed
*Must have availability for the dates below. Do not present providers that are not available for any of the dates listed.
Current Coverage Needs:
ICU coverage for the following dates: Updated Dates needed-provider must be able to work a full 7 day block.
February 7 at 7AM – February 14 until 7AM
April 4 at 7AM – April 11 until 7AM
• If BLS, ACLS and/or PALS is required, certification must be through the American Heart Association
• Must have a Pennsylvania DEA
• Must have a Pennsylvania state license
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
Details:
Will cover Medical Critical Care unit
Admit approx 130 patients per month – 10-20 patients per day (14-15 Summer – 18-20 winter)
24-hour resident coverage, residents take first call
Make rounds on patients in AM with Residents then on-call for the remainder of the 24 hours
Admissions from Emergency Room 3-4 per day
High acuity patients, cardiac and sepsis
Placement of arterial lines
Sedation: Deep, Conscious
Cardio-version
Post OP cardiac surgical management
ACLS required
