An established concierge medical organization in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing outpatient practice.
This leadership role combines direct patient care, clinical leadership, functional and integrative medicine, longevity care, metabolic health, and practice development.
The incoming physician will assume responsibility for an established patient population and work alongside a highly supported clinical and administrative team. The practice is seeking a physician who can establish strong patient relationships, provide confident clinical leadership, and contribute to the continued development of the practice.
The selected physician must be prepared to start within 45 days and demonstrate current, practical experience in at least two of the three required service categories outlined below.

Job Responsibilities
This is a firm screening requirement. Candidates must have current, practical experience in at least two of the following three service categories.
1. Medical Weight Loss & GLP-1 Management:
Candidates should have direct experience:
Evaluating patients for medical weight-management treatment.
Prescribing and managing GLP-1 therapies.
Monitoring treatment outcomes and patient response.
Adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient progress.
2. Stem Cell or Exosome Injection Therapies:
Candidates should have hands-on experience:
Evaluating patients for appropriate treatment.
Providing stem cell or exosome injection therapies within applicable licensure, training, and clinical standards.
Managing patient care and follow-up related to these therapies.
3. Botox & Med Spa Injections:
Candidates should have experience with:
Botox or comparable aesthetic injections.
Appropriate patient evaluation and treatment planning.
Relevant med spa certification, formal training, or documented procedural competency.
Readiness Expectation:
The selected physician should be prepared to hit the ground running, with minimal foundational training required in the qualifying service areas.
Practice & Patient Model:
The practice serves an affluent, highly engaged patient population with a combination of concierge/private-pay and insurance-based care.
Approximately 70% cash-pay
Approximately 30% insurance-based
Approximately 100–120 patient visits per day across the practice
Medical Director expected to manage approximately 30–50 patient visits per day within a highly supported care model
The incoming physician will succeed a retiring Medical Director who has established strong patient relationships. Clinical credibility, patient presence, communication, and continuity of care are therefore important components of the role.
Clinical and administrative staff support the physician with chart preparation, documentation, workflow, care coordination, and follow-through, allowing the Medical Director to focus on patient interaction, medical decision-making, and treatment recommendations.

Medical Director Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Serve as the clinical leader and Medical Director of the practice.
Maintain high standards for clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
Review and strengthen clinical protocols, care pathways, and documentation standards.
Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to Physician Assistants, nurses, and other clinical staff.
Promote consistent, evidence-informed clinical practices within a patient-focused environment.
Practice Leadership & Growth:
Partner with ownership and operational leadership on practice strategy and growth.
Participate in development of new services and clinical programs.
Support operational improvements while maintaining clinical quality and patient experience.
Contribute to the long-term development of the practice and its clinical team.
Participate in a potential partnership and equity pathway for the appropriate long-term candidate.
Physician Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
Manage chronic disease, metabolic health, preventive care, and optimization-focused treatment.
Deliver qualifying procedures and treatment pathways safely and confidently.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, expectations, and health goals.
Build lasting relationships with concierge and private-pay patients.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation with support from the practice team.
Collaborate with other physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and operational staff.
Provide clinical leadership while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience and continuity.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license.
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one before starting.
Minimum 5 years of clinical physician experience following residency.
Documented current experience in at least two of the three required service categories.
Strong chronic disease management and outpatient clinical skills.
Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities.
Demonstrated clinical leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage approximately 30–50 patient visits per day within a supported care model.
Ability to work full-time and on-site in Boca Raton.
Ability to begin employment within 45 days.
For physicians trained outside the United States: active Florida licensure and Board Certification are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Medical Director or physician leadership experience.
Experience in functional, integrative, longevity, wellness, bariatric, or concierge medicine.
Experience with hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and metabolic health.
A4M certification, membership, or comparable longevity medicine education.
Experience serving affluent, private-pay, concierge, or membership-based patient populations.
Interest in technology-supported care and practice development.
Interest in long-term partnership and potential equity opportunities.
