Lead the Future of Personalized Medicine
An established and growing concierge medical practice in South Florida is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership while continuing to deliver exceptional, personalized patient care.
This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys combining evidence-based internal or family medicine with preventive, metabolic, longevity, wellness, and personalized care.
The Medical Director will work closely with an experienced clinical and administrative team and will play an important role in maintaining clinical excellence while helping expand services and innovative programs.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership opportunity in the Boca Raton area with potential for performance incentives, partnership, and equity participation.
Job Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
Serve as the clinical leader for the practice
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, patient experience, and clinical care
Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations and ongoing management
Manage chronic disease, preventive health, metabolic health, and wellness needs
Develop strong, long-term patient relationships
Physician Leadership
Mentor and support PAs, nurses, and other clinical team members
Provide clinical guidance and physician oversight
Review and help develop clinical protocols, pathways, and standards
Promote evidence-informed and patient-centered care
Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance
Program Development
Collaborate with ownership on clinical strategy and practice growth
Help develop new services and treatment programs
Support appropriate expansion of longevity, wellness, metabolic, and preventive offerings
Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes
Patient Experience
Deliver highly personalized, relationship-driven care
Educate patients regarding prevention, wellness, chronic disease, and lifestyle
Build trust with an engaged patient population
Maintain a polished and professional patient experience
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience after residency
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Strong experience in outpatient medicine and chronic disease management
Demonstrated clinical leadership experience
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable practicing in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment
Comfortable managing approximately 30–50 outpatient visits per day
Interest in preventive, functional, integrative, metabolic, wellness, or longevity medicine
Must be willing to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida
Working Hours
Full-time, onsite
Monday–Friday
Outpatient clinical practice
Approximately 30–50 patient visits per day
Leadership and administrative responsibilities integrated into the clinical schedule
No traditional inpatient responsibilities
Start approximately 45 days after acceptance, subject to credentialing
