Join 1 Nurse Practitioner within a multi-specialty group of over 1000 providers in Lafayette, Indiana.


Practice Details

  • The practice has over 260 locations with a 4 million patient draw area across Indiana and Illinois.
  • Flexible schedule working half day in the clinic seeing 5-8 patients, and half-day hospital rounding of 10-15 inpatients.
  • Call 1:2.
  • Practice will include hospital follow-up visits, wound care, Lyme diseases, MRSA, cellulitis, Osteomyelitis, MSSA, Pseudomonas, Telehealth visits.
  • Leadership opportunities.
