• Full-time inpatient/outpatient practice opportunity due to volume growth
• Well-respected, established infectious disease program transitioning to a two-physician model
• Two acute-care hospitals and two outpatient practices located beside the hospitals
• Rotating between hospitals and clinics on a biweekly basis
• Excellent clinical support with a dedicated MA per provider
