A leading healthcare system in Cincinnati is actively recruiting a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Infectious Diseases Specialist to join an established and highly collaborative ID team.
Position Overview
• Full-time Infectious Diseases Physician
• Support practice locations throughout Greater Cincinnati
• Staff privileges at two award-winning acute care hospitals
• Work alongside Board-Certified Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine physicians
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians
Practice Scope
The Infectious Diseases team provides comprehensive care and consultation services across the region, including:
• Infection control
• Antibiotic stewardship programs
• Infusion therapy
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical consultation
• HIV treatment and management
• Clinical research
Specialty Focus Areas
• Outpatient infectious disease clinic
• Bone and joint infections
• Endocarditis and cardiac-related infections
• Multi-drug resistant infections
• HIV care
• Outpatient antimicrobial therapy
• Transplant and immune-suppressed infectious diseases
• Travel vaccine clinic
