Total Compensation: $160k-$250k (varies depending on years of experience and licensure)
Join a mission-driven community health center dedicated to serving underserved and medically vulnerable populations in the Bronx! We're looking for a compassionate, experienced HIV/Infectious Disease Provider to join our client’s growing outpatient team.
About the Opportunity:
This is a great chance for a Physician or Nurse Practitioner with infectious disease experience to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Manage sexually transmitted infections (STIs), viral hepatitis, and tuberculosis-related concerns within your scope of practice
- Provide HIV prevention services, including PrEP and PEP counseling and prescribing
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients living with HIV and other infectious diseases
- Collaborate with an integrated care team — primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, nursing, social work, and care management — to support retention in care and viral suppression
- Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care to a diverse Bronx community
- Partner with community organizations to promote timely access to treatment and prevention services
What We're Looking For:
- Active NY medical license (MD or NP) with relevant infectious disease/HIV training or experience
- Comfort managing a diverse, ambulatory patient population
- Passion for health equity and community health work
